At the other, Ross was cleaning up, and being a real pain in the ass at the same time. Funny, thought Chandler, Jo and Phebes were doing much better than usual.
Jim could still feel the remote in his pocket. It had been burning a hole in his pocket all through dinner. He'd already figured out which button he'd try first. If things got any worse... "Oxidise." Ross whooped. "Triple word score, and double letter score for the x - that gives me..."
Jim pressed the stop button.
He stood up, and walked away from the group a little. He wanted to try a few of the remotes features out - he still had no idea how it worked, or what it was capable of. There were so many buttons to choose from.
