Hand-Over

The new couple seemed to have come from some plane of existence where there were far fewer sexual inhibitions than Jim and Sharon had been used to. Thus they hadn't found things nearly so strange. Jim and Sharon welcomed them, and explained how things worked. "What fun!" exclaimed the woman, surprising Sharon (though she was less surprised than she would have been only two weeks ago).

Jim and Sharon were now free to leave the mansion. They assumed that Sharon's collar would no longer prevent her leaving its grounds. From what they had heard, things would in any case be little different in this land even outside the grounds.

  1. They determining to try to escape the land altogether, if Sharon's collar would permit it. (And perhaps it would not have occurred to its manufacturers that anyone would try to do that?)
  2. They resigned themselves to their fate.
  3. *They had already reached the point where they had little desire to escape.
