"Hello?" Rick sounded sleepy (not surprising - it was 6 AM).
"Rick? It's Jim." She winced at the sound of her hgiher-pitched, girlish voice. "I've been changed into a girl."
"Who is this?" Rick asked, angrily. "It's 6 in the morning, this is no time for stupid jokes."
"I'm serious, Rick. It's Jim. Look, I'll prove it. You masturbate to thoughts of the weather girl on channel 12 when you're horny."
There was a gasp at the other end of the line. "How - how did you know that? I only told..."

"Forget that junk, Rick," Kristen said. "I have something that you can really use. All you have to do to get it, is help me get my male body back."
"Oh?" Rick asked, skeptically. "And what might that be?"
"A Breast Expansion potion!"
Silence on the other end.
"And..it's guaranteed to really work!"
"Okay," Rick agreed. "Come on over as soon as you can. Are you at your house?"
Kristen looked around, at the teenage girl's room she now occupied. "No, I don't think so. Don't worry, I'll get to your place soon."
She hung up. Then she walked over to the three potions that had been left in her room with the note. Kristen closed her eyes and took stock of her situation. She had all of Jim's memories, plus some "female" knowledge, like how to put on a bra, how to put in a tampon, and how to apply makeup. Those type of facts popped into her head automatically. There was no way she needed to let the real Kristen, whoever she had been, to somehow come back and take control. As 'Jim', Kristen had read far too many stories on the internet like that.
Once you let the person come back, it wasn't long before you were a prisoner in the body, while the ral owner went out and sucked guy's dicks or something. She shuddered in revulsion.
Then she carefully poured the 'Kristen' potion down the sink in the bathroom.
She also poured the 'Figure' potion out. She was hot enough as is.
The BE potion, however, she hid deep at the bottom of a trunkful of clothes and towels in her room. Rick wouldn't get one drop until he had changed her back.
Kristen grabbed her wallet, and saw that her last name was Sawyer. She went to the same high school as Jim and Rick. She guessed that she hadn't ever met either of them, since she had no recollection of ever meeting her current body (and her current body wasn't easy to forget!).
She quickly slid off her pajamas and went to shower. Then it would be off to Rick's.
