"Huh?" Jim snapped out of his reverie and became aware that he was standing in front of the local catholic church. The building was small and in dire need for a paint job. The door was slightly ajar and Jim could hear the preast talking inside.
"Well, lad, don't you stand there!" Linger goaded, "Get inside, let us partake in the prayer"
Somehow, Jim didn't find the idea alluring. While he wasn't religious, he knew the priest and considered him a decent fellow. He didn't certainly didn't wish him any harm.
"Um..." Jim stuttered, "Maybe we should go somewhere else?"
"Somewhere else?" Linger sounded incredulous, "My boy, this is where the action is! Go right in! I shall tolerate no argument!"
