Jim quickly begain to panic, had he dialed the wrong nuimber? What was going on here? "Rick, I'll cal you back, Imust have the wtrong number, I was trying to call the VR suppo..." Before Jim could finish his sentance rick broke him off. "This is the VR toruboleshooting support center ma'am. May I please have your name, number, and registration of your nunit befoere we begin?"

Panicing, Jim desides to

  1. *tell rick the truth. After all, Rick is his buddy, -and- a skilled supposrt rep, he'll help him get out of this jam, right?
  2. Ignore the instrictions to give his name number and product retgistration number, and just start blurbing about the problem.
  3. Make up a new name and number, but use his own product regstration number.
  4. Make up all new information to give Rick.
