Sir James' Quest

Unending BE - episode 41404

Sir James the Valiant strode down the stairs into the dungeon, lighting his torch as he did so and holding his sword in his other hand. (He wished that he had a third hand, so he could also carry a shield.)

Here was where Mordaunt, the Wicked Wizard of the West, was believed to have imprisoned no fewer than a dozen beautiful princesses from neighbouring kingdoms. It was also said that he had used his magic to enlarge their breasts to enormous proportions. Since no-one had ever returned alive from the dungeon, it was thought that Mordaunt might have spread this last rumour himself.

Sir James was surprised, and a little uneasy, that so far he hadn't run into any opposition. Where were the guards? Where were the magic traps?

Ah, here...

  1. Were the guards.
  2. Was a magic trap.
  3. *Was a cell holding the first of the princesses.
  4. Were all twelve of the princesses, chained one next to another along one wall of the dungeon.
  5. Was something else.
