Sharon Wishes She Had Some Chocolate

Sharon noticed her newly enlarged stomach growling and said, "I'm getting hungry again, Jim."

"I know," he agreed, "I could stand a burger or two about now."

"Not me. I'd like some more chocolate like at the house." Sharon smiled as she thought about the amazing flavor of it on her lips. She turned as they heard a voice come from off the path.

"Maybe I can help you kids out," the voice said. It came from a fairy who now flew out of the bushes and stopped in front of the two weary travellers.

"Who are you," Jim asked the diminuative yet attractive woman.

"My name is Alloyne, and I am the guardian fairy of this path." She flitted up to Shannon's pudgy nose and smiled at her before saying, "I have the power to grant one wish to each person who travels this path. What would your wish be, young woman?"

Sharon didn't even hesitate before blurting out...

  1. >"I wish I was someplace with chocolate for me to eat!"
  2. "I wish we were back at the gingerbread house!"
  3. *"I wish I had a neverending supply of chocolate!"
  4. "I wish for something else!"
