Northern Niquita?

Unending BE - episode 32073

When she had entered the cave system, she had been in New Mexico. Now, leaving by a different exit, she realised that she was somewhere very different. The light coming into the cave had been so bright that she had mistaken it for a dlashlight because outside was a snow-covered landscape. She was on a mountain-side, but she could see that even the plain far below her was also under a blanket of snow. She shivered. The Lara Croft outfit that Jim had conjured up for her was not very suitable for this sort of weather. At least the sun shone brightly, though it provided little warmth.

Niquita was confused and frightened. She decideed that the best thing to do would be to reenter the cave, in the hope of finding her way back to her starting point.

  1. So that is what she did.
  2. Then she realised that the battery in her flashlight was on the point of failing. She could never find her way through the caves in the dark.
  3. Before she could reenter the cave, she saw a figure approaching her.
