Unending BE - episode 31178
The three were on a hilltop. It was night. The air was warm, humid, and pixely. Down they could see the beautiful Caribbean sea and a small town.
"Where are we?"
"I don't really have a clue. It sure looks like some kind of tropical island."
"I know! This is Melee Island!"
"What?"
"Yeah, that's it... and the same for this music. We're in The Curse of Monkey Island!"
"You mean that those monkeys cursed us?"
"Possibly."
"Hey Jim... look! Those letters in the sky look like starting credits fading away!"
"See? We're in a game. No problemo! I finished it at least four times back in '92..."
- ...Fortunately Jim remembers all the traps of the game and, playing Guybrush Threepwood, completes it bringing the three back in the basement lab.
- ...Jim's boast was overoptimistic and they're stuck where...
- ...A quick glance at the Scumm bar at the pier tells them that the game is already over, but they're stuck in this particular universe.
