...and still wearing part of his makeshift armor. The first thing he noticed was a strange numbness. The second thing he noticed was that he did lose his left hand, but someone disinfected and bandaged the stump and probably put him on painkillers. The third thing he noticed was that the painkillers probably got him completely stoned, because he was seeing double. Or so he thought.
"Hi hon!" Sharon said.
"Can you hear us?" Sharon said. With the other head.
Jim then realized that he wasn't seeing double at all, and finally remembered what happened. His finding of Sharon literally melted along with another girl and then fight with Mr. Black as a minotaur. He cleared his throat and coughed up a small quantity of blood. "Oh shit! Let me get something!" Sharon said, and turned towards the door. The odd move as Sharon's half of their body tried to turn while Sandra watched the acid wounds with a worried look made Sharon and Sandra fall forward on the bed, with their three tits right over Jim's face. The lab-coat that the siamese twins were wearing wasn't even buttoned and didn't cover anything at all. Jim found two nipples -- on a single D-cup breast, no less -- staring directly at him and a normal C-cup with its nipple millimeters from his lips. He opened his mouth in awe and surprise and just followed his brain stem's directives as he began suckling like a newborn.

The twins got up and tried to button the labcoat, which was usually very loose on Jim but was now stretched to its limits due to their wider waist and their breasts (They simply had to get rid of the sleeves altogether, of course). In the end the two(?) girls decided to leave the upper buttons loose. The minute or so of the struggling with his lab coat left Sandra a little embarrassed, Sharon quite relaxed and Jim terribly amused. Sharon caressed Jim's forehead gently, only to find it really hot. He seemed to be drifting back into unconsciousness.
You know, best thing is to keep him talking.
Yeah Sandra, you're right."Jim. Jim!"
"Uh... ouch... yeah?!?"
"What happened after we fainted?"
"and... what happened after I fainted anyway?"
First Jim filled them with the detail of his close encounter with Mr. Black the Badass, not mentioning that his final move was pure luck on his side. Then the two girls, in almost-perfect synch, explained him how they finished the minotaur and ran -- with some uncertainities at first -- out of the complex via the path of destruction he'd left behind, carrying him along. Fortunately for them all, Jim forgot the keys in the car and Sandra, being a semiprofessional go-kart pilot, got them through the complex and to Jim's home. Hey, I helped out too Sharon pointed out to her counterpart without Jim hearing.
"Now what do we do?" Jim asked, still half stoned.
"Well, the bad guys lost our traces..." "...and this also mean we're stuck like this for now, dear..." "...unless you have any idea. Sharon says you're quite good with biology."
"My hand."
"Well, she took it but dropped it in the complex..."
"why yes, it was full of that green shit!"
"Yeah Jim, it was beginning to hurt. It was dead meat anyway -- er..."
"Sandra means that there was nothing a doctor could do, Jim."

"Oh. Ok. Well, at least we all made it alive, didn't we?" "Yes." "Yes."
"Why, that's nice."

So said, Jim closed his eyes and passed out again. When he woke up for the second time he was able to get off the bed and walk. The girls, who both had a very satisfied face (Jim wondered how they spent that time, and his train of thought moved to naughtier ideas, something which helped him recover some energy) helped him down to his basement.
