Sharon was a bit worried about the strange blue hedgehog and the small fox with two tails, but after they took out that robotic Sphinx, she knew that they could probably take care of themselves. Espio, on the other hand, looked like he was really hurt. And Charmy seemed so concerned for his friend that Sharon didn't want to ask him to leave.
"Charmy I think we should help Mighty take Espio to the palace. Um…don't you?"
Charmy looked at Sharon and smiled. "Yes, I think we should. I wouldn't want anything to happen to poor Espio. And I should probably tell Knuckles about that man too."
Mighty growled and picked Espio up, "Well, let's hurry up and go then. I don't like this place. It's bad for my shell."
The four travelers headed off…
On the way, Sharon decided to strike up a conversation with Charmy. She still had a lot of questions about this strange place. Everything was just so weird and different from what she was used to. Flying was getting easier now though. It was starting to feel really natural, and she was feeling more and more that she really liked this strange place.
Sharon flew up to Charmy. He was humming a nice little tune. Sharon realized that she could still here music, but she couldn't figure out where it was coming from. They had left the desert already, and the music had changed to match the forest that they were traveling through. This was such a strange but exciting place.
"So Charmy, why was Espio in a trap?"
Charmy had a concerned look on his face, but he smiled anyway because he was charming that way. "I really don't know. I think it probably has something to do with that human we saw in the Sphinx. Something bad is happening." Charmy gave Sharon a reasuring look. "But don't worry. This island is protected by Knuckles, the echidna. He's really tough. Nobody is stronger than Knuckles. He'll know what to do."
Sharon felt a little bit better about her situation. "Well, I guess we don't have anything to worry about then."
They travel on towards the palace…

I saw your message. Sorry about you not being able to get on The Plume. Have you ever tried to get a e-mail account with Hotmail? They can give you a free account. You don't have to give them your name or anything. That's what I use because I didn't want to give them my real e-mail either.
I really don't know what is happening with that lava episode. Have you tried to reload the page? Sometimes that works. I know how frustrating it gets sometimes. If you want to, you can get a hotmail account and then post your lave episode on The Plume. Then I could put it up for you. That way, you don't have to let anybody know your e-mail address.
Anyway, thanks for writing again. I can't wait to see what you come up with. Saving Espio was really cool. Thanks for sharing it!
