Inside the room were a number of partly assembled androids. There was also a man (or possibly an android) dressed in a uniform similar to Jim's. He greeted Sharon with: "Hello, my dear. I'm the repair engineer. What seems to be the trouble?" "What are we doing here and why do my breasts keep growing?" asked Sharon. "Ah, I see," said the engineer. "Your problem is clearly not physical but mental. I'm sure I can soon put you right. If you'll just lie on the couch over there, I'll unscrew the top of your head and take a look inside." "But she's not an android," protested Jim. The engineer said:

  1. "Are you quite sure, Sir? She certainly looks like a model 2-C."
  2. "In that case how do you explain this?" And before Sharon could react he yanked off her hair to expose a perfectly bald skull with a clearly visible circular division running around it.
  3. *"Oh, my mistake. I do beg your pardon, Miss."
