Jim felt his liquid form being pushed close to Dawn's nipples. He was about to be expelled yet again.

Jim struggled to hold onto Dawn's body, but the more he struggled the weaker he became. Then he got an idea. Instead of fighting Dawn, Jim let all of his control slip away and put all of his effort into holding his milky form within her breasts.
Dawn blinked and looked down at her swollen bosom. She watched in awe as her nipples puffed outward, doubling in size. She felt a sharp stinging sensation, as though something was trying to escape through her nipples. She cupped her hands over the front of her nurse's uniform, trying to relieve the pressure. It felt as though something were pushing against the insides of her breasts.
Jim struggled, concentrating on closing the areas of Dawn's nipples.
Dawn's felt her nipples harden. Whatever was going on, it felt kind of weird. It was like something was living inside her breasts.
Jim relaxed slightly. By just concentrating his efforts on Dawn's breasts, he was able to hold himself in. He tried to take more of her body again, but felt himself slipping every time he tried. He would have to let Dawn control her body while he recovered his strength. In this form, he couldn't see anything, but he could feel Dawn's nursing uniform pressing into the sides of her breasts. It felt like she was walking.
Dawn wrapped her arms around her breasts and hurried back towards the hospital. Her lunch hour was almost up.
