Donna had the blob in her sights when it began swirling around and shifting colors. The blob shrank in mass to a humanoid form and soon looked to be an exact replica of Donna!
"Are you the one who is called Double-D?" the doppleganger asked in Donna's voice.
"Maybe I am. Who wants to know?" Donna said, keeping the shotgun trained on her visitor.
"My name is unpronouncable by you," the second Donna said, "But I have an urgent task I must ask of you."
"Alright, I'll hear what you have to say, but can you look like someone else? You're creeping me out right now."
"Of course," the blob said as it lost Donna's form, "Do you have a visual image of someone I may replicate?"
"Sure," Donna said as she grabbed the magazine she had been reading earlier off the table.
