She now wore a bikini made out of shiny black rubber, with the top having cut-outs for her nipples, and six-inch high heels that were locked on her feet. Her hands were cuffed together behind her back. Each lactating nipple was pierced by a silver ring an inch in diameter. She had a heavy earring attached to each ear.

Jim took an experimental small step forward, finding that she had to make a conscious effort to push her ass out backwards if she wasn't to fall flat on her face, as the heels, pregnant belly and milk-filled breasts combined to shift her centre of gravity much further forward than she was used to.
