Jim walked over to the computer displaying the program. He clicked around and pushed buttons not knowing what he was doing. The room filled with smoke and his vision became blurred. Jim's vision began to return and...
Jim jerked awake, his heart pounding. Startled, he looked around and sighed. He was in his own bed.

"Thank God!" he thought "It was all a really weird dream!"

He got out of bed and got dressed. He pulled on jeans and a t-shirt, and went out for a walk. He had a lot of thinking to do. His girlfriend, Sharon, and he had been having some problems recently, and she had laid down the law last night. Tonight she was hosting a costume party, and it was his last chance to make things right. Just then he noticed an odd little shop he'd never seen named "Necessary Things" Jim looked at it blankly for a second, then pulled the door open and went in. The place was full of odd items of every sort, and Jim headed towards....
