The stupid alien looked really pissed but said "Yes."

The stupid alien's eyes got really wide with fear. A big wetspot formed in her crotch and flowed down her leg. Soon, orange alien piss was dripping on her foot.
"Ugh! Stop that!" cried Jem. The flow thankfully stopped before the room started to stink. "Sorry," Jem said, "I didn't realize it was that powerful."
"It'll do just about anything you say, just be careful with it."
"And if I commanded your breasts to fill with air like a weather balloon..."
"Oh SHIT!" the alien said as her big blue boobs started hissing and expanding with air.
"Will you ever pop?"
"If you command me to." The room was starting to get tight again as her boobs swelled up.
"How about you just keep filling up until you are pinned to the wall so you can't cause anymore trouble. I'll check on you in a few days. Bye!"
Jem grabbed the box of extra braceletsheaded for the door while there was still time to move. On the way out, Jem turned off the Open sign, and closed the door. The stupid alien's blue balloon boobs reached the window and stopped growing. All you could see inside was blue. "That'll take care of her for awhile."
