Suddenly Jim remembered everything from the night before. This woman actually thought SHE was the one with the magic power of body-modification, but Jim knew otherwise.

"Get the hell out, I've got work to do," Jim said.

Looking offended, Lynn left.

Jim climbed out of bed and went to his date book. A big red circle was around today's date. Inside the circle was his chicken-scratch printing - "Bachelorette Party."

Priscilla Hardwick was Jim's boss at his second job, "Party Favors." It was one of those strip-o-gram type places for birthdays etc... Yesterday, she emailed Jim to tell him about the Bachelorette party. Jim wasn't really that buff, and thus far he had been relegated to doing "The Hobo" or "The Clown" at various events. Why Priscilla was giving him such a choice assignment was truly a mystery. She had never been very nice to Jim. Suddenly...

  1. Priscilla called to make sure he was out of bed.
  2. Jim looked at his watch and realized he was late.
