Unending BE - episode 2121

Perhaps Jim was kidding himself that he and Sharon were even still together. She hadn't specifically broken their birthday date but she had been very distant of late and had showed enthusiasm for the relationship. Besides, she had caller ID -- somehow he just knew that Sharon was sitting at home, watching his number flash up on the digital display and not answering.

In a bit of a funk, Jim showered, dressed and got into his car. At the very least, he could go and get himself an Egg McMuffin while he mulled over just what to do next.

  1. To Jim's surprise, he bumped into Sharon at McDonald's.
  2. *On his way to McDonald's Jim was sidetracked by...
  3. To make matters worse, Jim found his car wouldn't start.
  4. When Jim arrived at McDonald's, something was odd about the place.
  5. Twenty minutes later, things were looking up as Jim scarfed-down his Egg McMuffin.
  6. *Something else happened.
