You have just finished your morph. You've picked a name and created a logo
and added that to the creation. Should you just leave the picture with its
original name?
It is easier to sort your pictures from other artists if the file name is unique to you. Shadowcom posted in the forum about this subject, so here is a recap for everyone.
An Excellent guideline for artists to name their files is to use a few letters from their Name and then a description or a numbering system. Some Examples are below:
| Naming Convention |
Morpher who's work it is |
Sample name |
| Cm?????.jpg |
Colonel Morphermor |

| Fb-?????.jpg |
Flash Bird |

| shube???.jpg |
Shurfak |

Dr. Ivan |

| Spk?????.jpg |
Spike |

You can even take this a step farther like Colonel Morphermor has. Lets break one of his files down.
Cmbl14b1.jpg
Cm - His initials
bl - stands for blonde (as for Asian, etc...)
14 - the morph number
b1 - not sure.
Some peopel do not associate their morphs with their names. Btd starts all of his morphs with s. like this S.021topp.jpg. On a PC it saves like this S_021topp.jpg.
Dr Ivan started his series with a 3 digit number and has done so many morphs he is now in the 4 digit range! So plan ahead and make it easy on yourself and others.
