Thanks to tphile for the idea of a microtutorial on reflective surfaces.

Step #1; draw a bunch of reflective surfaces. :)

When you're doing reflective stuff, a background is kind of a must, so you have something to reflect. By the same token, things get really confusing if it's too complex, so simpler is better. Here I'm going for some simple drapery in a void environment, in the hopes that this will illustrate things a bit easier..
