Set in the early 25th century, the stories and characters that inhabit this bountiful world were the creations of Quinnette Guthrie and Roselynn Yates, two former New Darwin undercover police officers. After putting an end to the Aurelli sex slaver ring, Quinn and Rose retired from the force and began a writing career that continues to this day.
    It all started with a novel the duo wrote in 2405 called Blue Undercover: Adventures of the Overendowed Duo. Chronicling the events of two rather endowed female cops, the novel stayed in Outback's top ten list for over 50 weeks. After that came a movie based on the novel, and the popularity of Quinn and Rose's creation grew.
    First on the racks were Boobs in Blue and Blue Steel. The former was a comic aimed at the 14-30 crowd; the latter was a comic also, but had more mature themes. The tri-dee wasn't far behind. In 2408 Boob in Blue: The Series was aired. A live-action show, BIBTS was an hour-long police drama that featured busty heroines. It was a somewhat base way to distinguish itself from the other network shows, but it got its audience nonetheless..
    Then came one of most popular shows in the Commonwealth of Planetary States. Police Blue was the 3D animated version of the Boob in Blue comic. Like its live-action predecessor, Police Blue earned some notoriety due to the 'displacement' of its female characters. Eventually, critics no-longer mentioned the buxomness of Lynnae and June. Every time they mentioned the duo's figures the show experienced a next gain in viewership. It wasn't as if naked breasts were shown in every episode. Point in fact, only three episodes of Police Blue had totally naked female breasts. Point in fact, those three episodes also garnered the highest ratings in the series (wink).

Lynnae Amanda Wilcox
Born: March 9, 2375 in the city of New Darwin on the planet Outback.

Lynnae is the short, serious one. Dedicated to see justice served, Lyn is not afraid to take the risks necessary to see the job through. Over the course of the series (Police Blue), Lyn learns that there is more to life than apprehending criminals. Her friendship with Paul Jarvis made her acknowledge that her femininity is to be treasured, not repressed.
    At the age of 8, Lyn's parents were killed at a movie theatre. Roger and Felicity Wilcox, Lyn's material grandparents,  raised Lyn as their own daughter. As she matured Lyn developed a strong sense of justice. Despite her small size, Lyn often broke up fights between clearly mismatched opponents and defended her friends from school bullies. When Lyn reached the age of 14 she was blessed with the gifts of puberty. Felicity attempted to get Lyn interested in boys and dating. Though showing some interest, Lyn often kept to herself, reading love novels and watching romance films. More often than not she worked as a monitor during school functions and dances. No-one broke the rules while she was around, unless they wanted free kidney surgery. It was at this time that she developed her trademark ramming attack - the bust-butt maneuver. One solid hit with her bust was capable of rendering a person unconscious, if not seriously injured.
    At New Darwin University Lyn earned a degree in elementary education. She became a teacher and taught for six years in a New Darwin elementary school. In 2403 Roger Wilcox was killed while attempting to stop a burglar. Lyn was devastated, and, after a month of mourning, decided to become a police officer. After completing the required year of Home Guard duty she attended police academy. Finishing in the top 5% of her graduating class, Lyn chose to serve in New Darwin. In 2409, after four years on the force, Lyn got a new partner by the name of June Parlor. The rest was history.
 
 

June Susan Parlor
Born: April 4, 2375 in the city of New Darwin on the planet Outback.

June is the tall, lively one. A woman who looks gorgeous in everything she wears, June is nevertheless just as committed to justice as Lyn. Don't let that body fool you! Capable of getting any man she wants, June learns over the course of the series to appreciate the values of romance and restraint.
    Tomboy by inclination, June often helped her father with household projects. This enabled her to 'talk shop' with the boys in high school shop classes. Off-road biking was her favorite activity. After earning a degree in Criminal Justice at New Darwin University, June worked as a part-time secretary at a law firm. The majority of her free time was spent in off-road biking competitions and dating 'cute hunks'.
    In 2403 at an off-road competition June's bike, as well as those of several other fellow bikers, were sabotaged by members of the Civil Disturbance 101 gang. The following week June discovered that her boss participated in the sabotage. She quit in disgust, vowing that she'll get back at her old boss in a perfectly legal way. To that end she took Home Guard training and enrolled in the police academy. After graduation in 2405 June was assigned to the New Darwin Police Department. Two years later she had the good luck of catching her old boss in the act of defacing public property. The poor fellow made the mistake of resisting arrest and was nearly blinded when June used her considerable bust as an impromptu battering ram. In 2409 June was assigned a new partner that had also demonstrated the talent of using her bust as a weapon - Lynnae Wilcox.
 
 

Nadia Junker
Born: August 11, 2384 in the city of New Darwin on the planet Outback.

Nadia is the tall, captivating exotic. Her gorgeous looks and impressive height make all heads turn towards her when she enters a room. Her easy-going and personable attitude makes her more approachable than her friends. Criminals often try to put the smooth on Nadia, only to end up in a worse situation from where they started.
    The only child of Karl and Anla Junker, Nadia grew up in the Leeds section of New Darwin. Since the age of 12, Nadia displayed a particular knack for basketball. At the age of 16 she attained her impressive height of 1.9 meters. Her height, in combination with her skill and that of her teammates, allowed  Nadia's high school girls basketball team to win all its games and the city high school championship three years in a row. At NDU her performance remained exemplary. However, when it came time to decide to go pro or not, Nadia chose to become a police officer. She felt that she could do more with her life as a cop than as a basketball player.
    Graduating from the police academy in 2408, Nadia was teamed up with her first partner, Zachary Vandecreek, a veteran patrol officer.  In 2410 Nadia became the first cop in the NDPD to be equipped with wetware, a fine net of molecular circuitry and implants constructed by nanites in her brain and body. So equipped, Nadia was able to get the edge on technically-inclined con artists and other criminals. In 2411 (the start of Police Blue season 3) Nadia and Zach were transferred to Central Station and became fast friends with Lynnae and June.
    In 2412 Nadia was sent on her first undercover assignment to Cloud 9, an orbital entertainment establishment. Working as a pillow woman, Nadia used her wetware to get normally tight-lipped mobsters to talk in their sleep. It was here that Nadia met her future husband Harold Walkens (they were married in 2416). After the assignment Nadia had her bust shrunk to its current dimensions, and told her friends that her cover was that of a bunny waitress. Nadia told her closest friends a few years later what she actually did and how big she really was while on Cloud 9.
 
 

Amber MacRoy
Born July 9, 2384 in the city of Perth on the planet Outback.

Amber is the short, cute one.  She is friendly, firm, and full of energy. A bit self-conscious about her height, no-one (save Bert Carson) can call Amber a 'doll' and get away with it. Though she doesn't see as much action as her friends, Amber is nonetheless a valuable member of the NDPD.
    At the age of two, Amber and her family moved to New Darwin. As she grew, her incredible physical strength began to manifest itself. Her parents taught her to harness and control this strength. But sometimes there would be a lapse, especially when someone didn't knew any better and called Amber a 'doll'. If the person got away with only a broken arm then they were considered lucky. By the time Amber reached the age of 15 it was clear her body wouldn't get any taller. Though she could've utilized hormone treatments or even nanites to add centimeters to her stature, Amber chose to keep her height. She firmly believed that there were only two kinds of people in the world: those that accepted her as she was, and those that wanted replacement kidneys.
    In 2409 Amber earned the distinction of being the shortest police officer in New Darwin. For the first two years she patrolled the outskirts of the city. Afterwards, she was assigned to station duties such as dispatch, records maintenance, and public service programs. Amber felt that her superiors were treating her like a kid sister, keeping her away from the 'hard' work of street patrol. Her superiors did this out of their real concern about her strength. They couldn't afford to have Amber cripple every street punk that called her doll. In compensation, Amber kept herself busy and remained dedicated to her work. In Police Blue season 3 her character was introduced for the first time. When she could, Amber helped her new friends, Lynnae and June.
    In 2416 Amber got her break in the form of an undercover assignment. For the past few years a pervert had been injecting high school girls with breast-enlarging nanites and blackmailing said girls into photographing them in their underwear. Amber, posing as a high school girl, eventually nabs the pervert, who turned out be Mr Big. However, Amber herself ends up with sizable breasts (she was flat-chested up to that point). She decided to keep her new charges, feeling that they added a needed sense of 'definition' to her body. Amber's friends were concerned that her new chest would mean an increase in the frequency of kidney removal from insensitive jerks. Amber isn't that thin-skinned about her height and new bust. Besides, she fell in love with a man that eventually became her husband, Bert Carson. a high school gym teacher. So, if you want to keep your kidneys intact, don't laugh or even snigger if you see a very tall man walking hand-in-hand with small endowed woman down the street.
 

David Talbert
4'11" (150 cm),  120 pounds (54.5 kilos), Age (as of 2417): 105

Talbert became a police officer in 2336, and holds the record of being the oldest serving officer in the NDPD. He's also the shortest male officer in the force. Dedication and talent enabled Talbert to preserver to where he was made Chief of Central Station in 2390. He also had the honor of being Felicity Wilcox's patrol partner when she was an officer (2346-56).
    A firm but fair commander, Talbert encourages his officers to perform their best. In the case of Lyn and June, the Chief recognized their potential to become great officers. At times, the actions of the buxom duo can tax the patience of a saint. But Talbert has the patience of twenty saints. Whatever the situation, the Chief can be counted on to support the invariably correct actions performed by the duo. Over the course of the series, Talbert taught the duo that enthusiasm has it's place in police work, but rules and procedures hade to be followed as well.
 
 

Patricia Laramie

Laramie joined the police force in 2338. After twenty years of service she retired. With her husband, she raised a family of three boys and two girls. However, after her childern had grown and left the house, Laramie felt the call to serve again. In 2385, after retesting, Patty once again patrolled the streets of New Darwin. After twenty more years of devoted work, Patty attained the rank of Captain.
    Laramie is one of the senior officers of Central Station, the precinct where Lyn and June have been assigned. Like Chief Talbert, Laramie recognized the potential of the buxom duo. She occassionally had to remind the duo that their actions and conduct reflected upon the whole of the Police Department. Thankfully, the vast majority of incidents involving Lynnae and June have served the department in good stead. Laramie took it upon herself to teach the duo proper police procedure. She wanted to be sure that Lyn and June understood the rules so they couild advance in their police careers. Considering the crime-fighting antics of the buxom duo, Laramie had her job cut out for her.
 

Paul Jarvis

The character of Paul Jarvis was introduced in the second season of Police Blue. A dedicated and competent man, Paul was tagged as a bad kettle (slang for trouble) by his fellow officers when he was transferred to Central Station. Only Lynnae gave Paul the benefit of a doubt, sensing that the man had been given a bad rap. In time, after seeing Paul prove himself a true blue officer, Lynnae and her friends grew to trust and respect Paul. It was a struggle for this man, but once he cleared the hurdles life placed before him, he gained a newfound sense of hope, especially with Lynnae's pleasant company.
    Paul grew up in a northwestern suburb of New Darwin. He attended university and earned a degree in landscape engineering. He then worked for the Bureau of. Land Management, surveying and supervising the construction of nature-friendly vehicle trails in many of Outback's nature preserves. At age 35, Paul decided to fulfill his life-long desire to become a police officer. He got married while attending police academy, and upon graduation was assigned to the New Darwin Police Department. The southwestern sector, his assigned patrol area, had the highest incidents of crime in the city. It didn't take long before the pressures of the job began affected Paul's marriage. It got worse with each passing month, until Paul, his nerves frayed from two weeks of working a particularly bad set of shifts, hit his wife once on the chin. That was enough for the both of them.
    After the divorce, Paul lost himself in his work. He volunteered for scut assignments and station duties in an effort to redeem himself. Prompted to Sergeant, Paul was then transferred to Central Station. His divorce and preference to work alone placed a wall between him and his fellow officers. It took causal contact with Lynnae that made Paul gradually give up his self-imposed isolation. With a new-found sense of self and well being, Paul achieved his full potential as a person and as a police officer. He also developed a strong relationship with Lynnae that resulted in marriage in 2418. Marsha, the couple's first child, arrived in 2428. She was followed by Trent, the second child, in 2430.
 
 

Tobias Eddings

When a crime is committed by means of sophisticated electronics or cyberspace software, you can bet Sergeant-Specialist Tobias Eddings will be on the investigative team. Proficient in his job, Tobias is quite shy in social settings, especially when women are present. Appearing in the first season, Tobias earned the friendship of Lynnae and June after assisting them in the capture of the mysterious Panty Pilferer. Over time, and with the help and encouragement of his friends, Tobias became more comfortable and confident around women.
    Graduating with honors from New Darwin University, Toby (as his friends called him) followed his ambition to become a police officer. After the required training  in the Home Guard and Police Academy, Toby became a member of the New Darwin Police Department in 2403. He worked his first four years on the streets as a 'hotwire tracer', a cop that tracked down hackers that break into computer systems of street vendors and shop owners. Promoted to Sergent-Specialist in 2407, Toby was placed in the Data Investigations Section of the department. Instead of the street, his beat was the vast world of cyberspace. It was here that Toby was in his element. Using virtual reality programs became second-nature to Toby. He liked the virtual world so much that it became a crutch for him to fall on, preferring the company of virtual people instead of real ones.
    Lyn and June decided to help Toby become less involved in VR and more with real life. After the particularly nasty Vengeful Valentine case, Toby was able to break his dependence on VR for good. He became more active, participating in off-duty events such as basketball and tutoring high school students in computer science. Toby only dated a few times, and had a brief crush on Lyn. His preference for bosomy women is known, though he's the furthest thing away from the most celebrated pervert in the police force, Lt. Larry 'the lecher' Harkin. After the infamous Mr Big was finished in 2417, Toby married one of the officers of the CSN cruiser Stroud, Lt. Samantha Kilgore. Over time, the couple had four children - Thomas in 2428, Jennifer in 2433, Crystal in 2437, and Andrew in 2441.
 

Mr. Big
Born as Sylvester Drake in the Terran city of Portsmouth, England in 1506.

Acclaimed as the most accomplished criminal of human history, Mr Big has literally seen it all, done it all, and more than likely has stolen it all at least once. Embudded with immortality, an indestructible body, and a superior criminal mind, Big has committed crimes that were considered impossible to pull off. Additionally, his incredible charisma and charm allows him to seduce women with the simplest of ease.
    It all started in 1540. Sylvester Drake, an English explorer, challenged the jungles of South America with the help of his assistant, Alberto Cerrano. One day Drake encountered a friendly tribe of Indians. He took advantage of their generosity, though, and slept with the wife of the tribal shaman. Understandably annoyed, the shaman cursed Drake, making the man a servant to the forces of greed and lust. Drake was transformed into short supercriminal that would eventually be known as Mr Big. Drake's assistant, Alberto, was also cursed, tasked to help Drake in his quest of criminal excellence. Drake's wife, Mary, was the one person that could've helped to break the curse. However, Mary died before Drake could return to England. Now with no choice in the matter, Drake began his centuries-long crime spree.
    In addition to his criminal prowess, Big had an incredible ability to attract women. With his unique charisma and a touch of mind control, Big seduced thousands of women into his bed. He loved them with a passion that few other men could muster... and keep it going for far longer. Big had his pick with the women he seduced. Invariably, he settled on busty women to the exclusion of all other kinds. A demon in the sack, Big nevertheless treated his women well and lavished them with clothing and gifts. Thankfully, the curse rendered Big sterile, thus sparing the world from a flood of children bent on following their father's footsteps.
    Name any major criminal event in human history. More than likely you'll find Mr Big connected to it in some way. From selling swampland in Florida to manipulating stocks, Mr Big was the richest man in existence. Along with Alberto, Mr Big broke into places considered impregnable and made off with even more riches. To this day, there are caches of his treasures stashed all over Commonwealth space. Be warned that these caches are booby trapped. You can take that warning literally too, as some caches were laced with Bubbles, Big's BE soft drink.
    The biggest bane to Big's way of life was Lynnae and June's ancestors. Every once in a while, Big's plans were foiled by the appearance of the then-current Buxom Duo. Immune to Big's charms and empowered by their righteousness, the Duo were able to stop Big from fulfilling his evil plan of the day, but most often were unable to capture him. When they did manage to throw Big into a cell, he invariably found a way to escape. There was just one occasion where Big had the drop on the Duo's ancestors. For five years, Big treated that particular Duo kindly and released them from his service.  Even so, Big considered this one of his crowning achievements.
    Big's fondness of breasts lead him to discover ways to increase the size of what he lovingly referred to as 'love bumpers'. Magical trinkets, odd inventions, potions and the power of the mind were employed. The method that provided most effective was the Nepalese breast-enlarging potion. A single drop of the original potion would endow a flat-chested woman with breasts worthy to be called basketballs. Incredibly rare, Big had to use the potion sparingly. In 2414, Big created a pair of weaker versions of the potion. The two drinks that result were called Bubbles (a lollywater beverage) and Big Brew (a beer). Unlike the Nepalese original, the effects of these two drinks were reversible by the use of nanites. Lynnae and June foiled Big's plan in distributing the drinks.
    Big was resourceful, for in 2417 he created a device that became to be known as the BE Ray. Still wanting his revenge on Lynnae, Big kidnaped her grandmother, Felicity, and made her his guest on his asteriod-cum-mobile fortress, The Heavenly Bosom. However, this was to be his undoing. Felicity had the courage to love Big unconditionally and complete. This removed Big's curse and restored him as Sylvester Drake. With the asteroid fortress destroyed everyone assumed that 'Big' was killed. Passing himself off as Samuel Bannon, Big's personal cook, Sylvester stayed with Felicity. They eventually married in 2419. Though he still sterile, Sylvester made the most of his time with Felicity, living each day to its fullest potential. He died in 2441 at the age of 935, thus closing the book on his rather unique life.
 

Albert
Born as Alberto Cerrano in the Terran city of Lisbon, Portugal in 1505

No super-criminal is complete without a sidekick. With his incredible set of skills, Albert saw to it that Big's plans became reality. A subdued and reserved man by nature, Albert nevertheless did the jobs that Big gave him to do.
    Born in Lisbon, Alberto Cerrano was trained as a carpenter by his father. At the age of 20 he was inducted into the Portuguese Navy and served for 12 years. Afterwards, he stayed in what is now called Brazil to make his fortune. He met up with Sylvester Drake, and, after hearing his need for a jungle guide, decided to join him on his quest. The rest was history.
    Made invulnerable and immortal like Big, Albert still kept his original body. The curse also gave him the ability to operate any sort of machine or vehicle ever created. Vehicles such as the Concord, Russian main battle tanks, flying saucers, and Supercar were as easy for him to operate as one would find riding a bicycle. Albert was also a fair inventor in his own right. Any device that could help Big in his crimes Albert was sure to think up and put together.
    A capable man, Albert had very few relations with women when compared to Big. This was due to his duties than a lack of effort. He was satisfied in making Big and his women happy. However, Albert was quite a capable lover, and the few women he did bed were made to feel special. Plus his touch with ironing clothes made him popular with the women when they went out on the town with Big.
    In 2417, when Big kidnaped Felicity Wilcox as part of his ambitious BE plan, Albert decided to turn on his old boss. Albert found in Felicity a woman who could break Big's curse. With Albert's assistance, Felicity and Blue Team defeated Big's plan and released him from his curse. Albert was released too, and he found that his fertility was restored. A good thing too, for he fell in love and married Alysa, the navigator of the Heavenly Bosom. The couple made a beautiful girl named Faith, and spent their remaining years in well-deserved peace.
 
 

The Blue Undercover Dictionary

Angelicans

The history of Angelica and Angelican culture started in 2248. A colony fleet, originating from Terra, had laid in an improper course, ending up in the wrong system after three months of hyperspace travel. The colonists were fortunate that the system had a hospitible planet. After doing the usual battery of tests, the colonists determined that the planet was fit for habitation. The ships landed and were disassembled, as was standard practice, for use of their materials. The colonists decided that they were staying for good. Who could blame them? It was a very generous planet. There was ample water, vegetation, and animal life. Crops practically grew themselves. The colonists named their world Angelica, for what better place can there be for an angel to call home? The Angelicans needed a final touch to make their planet a true home. As the first towns took shape, the first batch of native Angelican offspring grew inside their mothers' wombs.
    The first year was scarcely over when the colonists knew they were in trouble. A virus that escasped initial detection was killing the colonists' newborns. The doctors did what they could, using the tools and knowledge they had at their disposal to come up with a vaccine. With mounting heartbreak, each potintial vaccine was tested and found insufficient. Only one newborn out of ten lived to see their first birthday. Due to the local hyperspace conditions, the colony couldn't send a message back to Terra, and this was the time before hyper-capable drones. The Angelicans were truly on their own.
    The emotional anguish the Angelicans felt was tremendous. The women kept trying, praying, that their babies lived to see their first year. As much as they labored, for all the love they gave, the women had to acknowledge the fact that their children could suddenly get ill and die within the first year of life. With each child's death another nail was hammered into the colony's collective coffin. The men tried to consul themselves and their women. As a defense against their ever-growing despiration, the men kept a strong and assuring facade. However, on the inside the men were damning themselves - damning themselves for not being strong and smart enough to save their children. The men worked themselves to death, trying to stave off their feelings of uselessness. But what they built only reminded them of what was happening to their world. They built playgrounds that remained silent, schools that would never be used, and huge houses with bedrooms that remained empty.
     Knowing that every efforts to make a world fit for your children to live in, only to see them die, would sorely test the stubbornest person. The strain was beginning to show when, in the fifteenth year, the doctors finally found a viable vaccine. The women, still bearing children despite knowing that only one-in-ten would live past one year, made immediate use of the vaccine. After the first year of the vaccine's introduction all the newborns were still alive. The colonists waited until the second year before they congratulated themselves, throwing a party that celebrated their colony's long-term survival. Shortly afterwards a Commonwealth Navy ship found the colony. In addition to installing a powerful hyperwave communicator, the colony also got their first nanite production facility.
    Seventeen years of anguish, though, had left its mark on the Angelicans. Collectively, the women spoke amongst themselves. They decided to physically prove that they were more than able to nurture and provide for their babies. They also wanted to comfort and reward their men for their herculean work. With nanites, the women endowed themselves with considerable breasts. The agreed-upon size was a  bust/height ratio of one. At that size, a woman's ability to work and provide for her family was not adversely affected. For their part, the men support their womens' decision. They, too, wanted a visible sign that their women were more than able to provide for baby and man alike.
    In Angelican communities, women typical get their breast-enlarging nanite injections shortly after their 18th birthday or just before having their first child. They keep their watermelon busts for about 30 to 40 years, reducing them to smaller sizes once the grandchildren make their appearance. The reason for this is that Angelican women typical start their second careers when their children leave home. Often in these jobs, having a considerable bust would be a liability, so a much smaller (but still shapely) bust measure was in order. The main reason, however, is that the carrage of an Angelican bust is reserved for the purposes of  marriage and for raising a family. After 40 years of handling a watermelon bust, more than a few Angelican women were eager to see their feet again (grin).
    The reason behind the big-bosom lifestyle of Angelican women wais rather fundamental. By having a considerable chest while at the same time raising a large family (typically four to eight children within a short period of time) an Angelican woman showed to the world that she had considerable reserves of both strength and love. When asked, an Angelican mother would say that the only thing bigger than her breasts is the heart underneath them. Angelican men are noted for their considerable handcraft skills, especially for home construction. Homes are not typically bought some much as built. After all is said and done, an Angelican house could expect to hold a few members each of four generations of the same family.
    By the late 25th Century the population of Angelica reached 300 million. Numerous Angelican communities were established on other Commonwealth worlds. Any city above one million in size had a sizable Angelican presence as well. Only Terra, still a bastion of the Neo-Luddites and the Flat Chest Society, treated Angelicans with contempt and hositlity. In response, thousands of Angelican couples decided to go live on the homeworld. Those couples were bent on showing the people of Terra that they need not be afraid of them. The Angelicans also hoped that their inherentaly wholesome way of life would slowly change the Terran attitude towards nanites in general and Angelicans in particular. Aided by a growing number of Terran youth that resent their elders' narrow and negative attitude, the Angelicans knew they had their work on Terra cut out for them.
 

Bubbles

In 2414 Mr Big reached another milestone in his quest to endow women with substantial breasts. His stock of the ancient Nepalese breast-enlarging potion was running low, and he couldn't make more due to the absence of certain ingredients. However, Big had a resource in the form of the last known example of the Nepalese mountain rosebush. With tireless testing and refinement, Big created a weaker form of the potion, using extract from the pedals of the aforementioned rosebush as the main ingredient.
    Utilizing the talents of his Big Crime Cabal Incorporated (BCCI) organization, Big took over a brewery in New Darwin. Two drinks were produced - Big Brew, a beer, and Bubbles, a lollywater. Big had high hopes of getting as many females as possible addicted to his new drinks, utilizing the Founders Days celebration to spread the word far and wide. As usual with any of Big's schemes dealing with breasts, Officers Wilcox and Parlor stopped the little supercriminal in his tracks (see the story Founders Daze).
    Of the initial production run of Big Brew, all bottles were accounted for and destroyed. The same cannot be said for Bubbles. After recalling deliveries made and stopping those still in shipment, some 3,400 bottles (of the 24oz variety) of Bubbles were unaccounted for. Out of that prodigious number, some 1,200 were used by Mr Big in his casino caper in New Britannia (see More Than Double). As of the year 2510, some 280 bottles were known to exist. Of that number, some 78 had yet to be located.
    It was discovered early on that the potency of Bubbles increased with age. Initially a full bottle of Bubbles would enlarge a woman's bust by ten centimeters. A bottle discovered in 2417 endowed the woman who drank it with 14 centimeters of added bust. In 2438 another bottle gave the woman who downed it an additional 62 centimeters. Factors such as exposure to heat, cold, and sunlight seem not to have any effect on the increase of potency.
    The contents of a bottle that was consumed in 2465 added another wrinkle to the Bubbles lore: permanency. Before then, women who drank Bubbles were able to reduce their busts with nanites. Not so with Bubbles that have crossed the 50 year threshold. Adding to the aged-induced potency, any woman drinking a whole bottle of Bubbles would be endowed with enormous breasts that couldn't be shrunk or removed.
    Bubbles also had an unexpected effect in the presence of  breast-enlarging nanites. A woman with active BE nanites will experience instantaneous growth if she ingests even a small sample of Bubbles. The undefined magical properties that is Bubbles not only greatly accelerated the work of the nanites, but also provided the raw materials that the nanites need for their work. It takes only a minute sample of Bubbles to cause this rapid growth action. Those bottles of Bubbles still known to exist have the potential to rapidly expand the bosoms of tens of thousands of women. Some people have used this phenomenon for instant growth for their own mischievous ends, like the Bigguns and the Uniboober. Since efforts to replicate the Bubbles drink have all ended in failure, the threat of instant BE via an injection of nanites mixed with a minute amount of Bubbles will remain for decades, if not centuries, to come.
    However, there is a concern about the remaining examples of Bubbles. Each year the potency of those bottles increases. It's even likely that at some point a minute amount of the Bubbles drink would endow a woman with room filling breasts. It's been rumored that in 2514, the one hundredth anniversary of the Bubbles drink, that a private celebration of big-breast enthusiasts be held in honor of the occasion. During this celebration, six bottles of the magical drink will be auctioned off to an equal number of women. At the end of the auction, as far as the rumor goes, the six women will consume their Bubbles on  the spot and experience the results. If the rumor is true, then it's best if the six women have plenty of space in which to grow. Because of this and other safety-related issues surrounding Bubbles, the authorities have intensified their search for the remaining 78 bottles.
 

Nanites

Created in 2212, nanites heralded revolutionary advances in the fields of manufacturing and medicine. Structures could be made hundreds of times stronger by using nanites to fix materials together at the molecular level. Microscopic cracks and flaws could be mended, increasing safety and endurance of vehicles and machinery alike. In medicine, nanites perform many surgical operations without the need for doctors to cut open the patients. The use of nanites for breast augmentation will be the focus for the remainder of this section.
    First through fourth generation nanites (1G to 4G) only differed in memory capacity, construction, cost, and durability. Those earlier generations could only expand a woman's bust a mere centimeter per day. Reduction of breast mass takes longer at half a centimeter per day. 5G nanites, introduced in 2404, could increase a woman's bust by 1.5 centimeters a day. Reduction is at seven millimeters per day.
    Common to the first five generations, the able to 'overwork' nanites existed. Overworked nanites doubled the rate a woman's bust could be built up. Like all good things, this had its price. A woman's bust so treated was the proverbial mess on the inside. Instead of taking twice as much time to shrink, reduction nanites would need four times as long.
    That all changed with the newly introduced sixth-generation nanites in 2411. First off, they were much more efficient, requiring less fat, the primary building material. That fat, in turn, could hold 100 times its own volume in air. Earlier nanites could only make fat pockets that held 20 times their own volume in air. With that advantage, 6G nanites added the proverbial 'inch a day' to a woman's bust, typically 2.5 to 3 centimeters. Overworking 6G nanites was possible, but really unnecessary due to their already prodigious speed. The reduction of breast mass occurs at 2.5 centimeters per day, regardless if the breasts were made with regular or overworked nanites. All and all a major leap forward for nanite augmentation - and reduction if needed.
    7G Nanites, introduced in 2419, improved upon the speed of 6G nanites. For the 7G variety, a woman's bust could be increased by 3.5 centimeters per day, 6 if overworked. Reduction, regardless if the breasts were built-up normally or overworked, occurred at 2.5 centimeters per day.
    The latest nanites, the eighth generation, were created in 2468 and made available to the public in 2474. 8G nanites builds breasts at the rate of 5 centimeters per day, 8 if overworked. Reduction still occurred at 2.5 centimeters per day. Made specifically to be used with third-level wetware, 8G nanites were capable of phenomenal expansion. A woman equipped with both 8G nanites and third-level wetware was capable of expanding her bust up to 14 centimeters per day. Reduction speed was doubled to 5 centimeters per day. The only major drawback was that the nanites need plenty of raw material, namely fat, in order to increase breast size at such a rate. A minimum of 5,000 calories per day was needed, half of which must be fat. Despite this, 8G nanites became very popular with young women.

The Big List of Outback Stuff 

Alberry Harbor - A natural harbor located at the northern end of the Bass Sea, Alberry Harbor serves as New Darwin's primary commercial fishing and pleasure boat sailing port. The harbor has gained some notoriety in recent years, however, serving as a dumping ground for the local mob to dispose of its victims' bodies.

The Bass Sea - Covering 36,106 square kilometers, the Bass Sea is the largest land-locked body of water on the Outback continent of Sydney. A number of cities and towns line the edge of the Bass Sea, the largest of which is New Darwin, located at the northern end.

New Darwin - The capital of Outback, New Darwin is also the largest and oldest city on the planet. Established in 2114, the city's population grew to its present size of twelve million (as of 2417). Fifty kilometers to the east of the city lies the Zipperback mountain range. The Bass Sea lies at the city's southern edge, though urban growth continues to follow the shoreline southward.

Zipperback - The Zipperback is the major mountain range on Outback. Extending some 12,000 kilometers, the Zipperback originates in Outback's arctic circle and ends at the equator. Forty mountains in the range stand at or over eight thousand meters in height, the tallest being Mt Foremost (8,114 meters).
