Every week, along with one original article that I write, I'm going to
review a different BEArchive Gallery, to give you, the guest or even members,
a chance to know what the BEArchive is like, be you interested in
getting a membership or maybe seeing something you might of missed. This week's
gallery review is Miamasa in the Videos & Animations section.
What to expect in Miamasa's gallery? Poser movies. Now normally, I don't like Poser,
because of it's poor use of people animations and rendering, because most people
just don't know how to use it right. However, Miamasa must of spent
some wicked time with Poser, because these movies are a sight to be seen. He currently has
2 full length movies up, one in the works, and many tests and shorts for download.
The first full length movie is called "Beautiful Errors Of Science" which is about... well, random stuff.
As far as full length movies go, this one lacks story. Lots of it. Random things happen around a
device we know nothing about, except it does random transformations. Things happen in a random sequence, and the
ending comes out of nowhere. Notice the word "random" comes up alot? That story has no dialog (spoken or writen) and not even
pantomiming happens, so that maybe we can know what's goes on. What DOES happen is lots of BE, BellyExp, PE and an
angel transformation I'm still trying to figure out. However, despite not knowing
what's going on, the movie looks good, the transformations smooth and done well, and it's great
jerk-off material.
The second movie is called "Cultivating Marie" and is a much improvement on BEoS.
For one, there are dialog boxes and bubbles to explain what is going on. A short and simple
storyline, but with BE, complication makes the animation only harder to do. His mix of
Poser animations and still picture back drops makes a nice art piece. Wish the movie was more in length and
depth, but for his second full length movie, it does the job just fine.
The movie in works is untitled, but I'll call it "Virus" for now. "Virus" looks to be much longer, much more
in depth, and all around better done, just by judging from the previews. It's aparent with every movie,
Miamasa learns more and more what he can do with Poser, and applies it better every time. I eagerly
await the completion of this project.
All in all, Miamasa looks to be a promising movie maker for the BEArchive. Now if only he'll
make a movie about a vengeful man who get's a genie's powers. Bwhahahahaha.
