Billing Questions
1.What company name will I be billed by?
Answer: All transactions will be billed by CCBill Inc. and show up on your statement as that. Never will the site name you subscribed to show up on your credit card/bank statement.
2.How does trial billing work?
Answer: Some of our websites allow you to purchase a low cost trial membership that is good for a specified number of days. Trial memberships upgrade automatically to the standard monthly membership plan unless you cancel within the trial period (the specified number of days from which you purchased your trial). Please refer to the Terms and Conditions of the website that you joined for further information.
3.When will I be charged for membership?
Answer: Your account will be charged every thirty days from the day you originally subscribed (unless you signed up for a longer duration). If you cancel your account before that time, we will not renew your account. Instead your account will expire on that date. If you joined on trial basis, the 30-day billing cycle begins at the end of the trial unless you cancel within the trial period.
4.How do I know my membership was canceled?
Answer: All cancelation requests are followed by a confirmation e-mail sent to the e-mail address you provided when joining a site.
5.How do I cancel my membership?
Answer: Please visit the Cancelation Request Page and fill out the form or use the Self Service page. Requests may also be made by phone (1-888-232-4357) during business hours.

Technical Issues
1.I have an account. Why can’t I login?
Answer: Please make sure that cookies are enabled. If cookies are enabled and you are getting redirected to the tour page, please clear your internet browser cookies (see this page for instructions), restart your browser and try again. If the problem persists don't hesitate to contact us via e-mail or phone (1-888-232-4357) during business hours.
2.How long will my account stay logged in?
Answer: Accounts automatically stay logged in for 14 days if the "keep me logged in" box is checked on the login page. Otherwise you will be prompted for a username and password on each visit.
3.Do I need cookies enabled to view the sites?
Answer: Yes. Cookies must be enabled. For help see this page

1.I lost my password. How do I retrieve it?
Answer: Please send us an e-mail with your username and subscription details. One of our customer support agents will contact you shortly with instructions on what to do.
2.I think my password was stolen. What should I do?
Answer: Send us an e-mail immediately with your account information! If you do not contact us, it is possible that your account could be banned for fraudulent activity.
3.I want to change my password. How do I do this?
Answer: Please send us an e-mail with your username and subscription details. One of our customer support agents will contact you shortly with instructions on what to do.
